  3. Start by torquing all the head bolts to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm) in the specified sequence.
  4. Next, torque all the head bolts to 45 ft. lbs. (61 Nm) in the specified sequence.
  5. Repeat the torqueing process for the head bolts, again torquing them to 45 ft. lbs. (61 Nm) in the specified sequence.
  6. Finally, tighten all the head bolts an additional 90 degrees in the specified sequence.
